Refund Policy

Circumstances in which a refund will be granted include:
– In the unlikely event that Underground Training and/or its subsidiary, The Mining Coach are unable
to deliver the course/s as purchased, participants will be issued with a full refund.
– If excess money has been paid than is shown on the relevant invoice

Circumstances in which a refund will NOT be granted include:
– Customer change of mind.
– Incorrect choice when purchasing (in this instance please contact our office and we will arrange to
switch your enrolment to the correct course)
– Change of circumstances.
– Financial hardship
– Inability or unwillingness to comply with the requirements of a course, this includes use of required
minimum computer system requirements in order to access course content.
– In the instance where courses have been accessed and completed to 100% completion, and full
service as provided for in the Work Ready Package then no refunds will be applicable.
Refunds requested by students outside the above reasons will be assessed by Underground Training
on a case by case basis and said request must be received in writing within 7 days of purchase. All
requests in writing for refund should be directed to admin@undergroundtraining.com.au.
