- Training someone to drive an underground truck is easy—it takes just a couple of weeks.
- These trucks, priced between $3 million and $4.5 million, are point-and-shoot automatics with hydraulic steering—the most expensive vehicles you’ll ever drive, but also the simplest.
- The real challenge is training someone to understand how the mine works, allowing them to be left alone to do the job safely.
